Last Will and Testament VS Living Will

Last Will and Testament – A person (Testator) of age would use this standard will form, to provide a written record of the Testator’s instructions regarding how the Testator would choose to instruct their representative to distribute their financial accounts, personal and real property, that they wish to divide among their beneficiaries after the Testator dies. If the Testator intends to name a representative to distribute their estate, this form will provide the ability to name an executor.
