These documents will both prepare for persons to prepare for the distribution of their estate and to elect an executor who will honor the wishes of the Testator, once they are deceased. With the “living will” the person will have the ability to declare their personal medical care decisions in the event of terminal illness or suddenly becomes incompetent or unable to make their decisions on their own. The document will not become effective until Principals physicians agree that the health care agent should take over the medical care decisions.
