Idaho Will Forms | Last Will and Testament | Living Will

Idaho will forms are legal documents that (while the individual is of sound mind), will provide direction for a Testator (for last will and testament or a Principal/Agent for preparation of a living will) to prepare documentation for a point when the individual is no longer able to express their wishes with regard to either document. An individual will have the opportunity to outline both the distribution of their estate to be provided to their beneficiaries as well as describe exactly how and when they would prefer the implementation of their medical care at the point in which the individual is no longer able to express their decisions on their own. Executors and Health Care Agents may also be appointed within these documents.
