Hawaii will forms are legal documents that will allow a Testator/Declarant the ability to outline the specifics, in writing, as to how they wish to have their estate distributed to their beneficiaries, after their death. Last Will and Testament VS Living Will

Last Will and Testament –  This is a standard will document that will allow a Testator/Declarant to complete, outlining their decisions pertaining to the distribution of their personal possessions, financial accounts and real property after their death. The document will allow Declarant to appoint an executor to distribute the contents of their will.

Living Will – Often referred to as an “Advanced Directive,” is a document that is designed to allow a Principal to process the creation of a document that will direct the members of their health care team regarding their final wishes when they reach a point whereas they are no longer able to communicate their health care treatment on their own.
