Alaska Will Forms | Last Will and Testament | Living Will

Download an Alaska last will and testament (a standard will form) or a living will. It is required that both forms are completed and witnessed while the Testator/Principal is living and of sound mind. A last will and testament would record in writing the testator’s desires as to how their physical possessions would be distributed at death. The living will shall record how the preferences of the Principal with regard to medical treatment at the end of their life. Both forms will require two (2) witnesses, as well, witness of a notary public. All witnesses must be present to sign the documents once they’ve been completed, simultaneously.
