Wyoming Will Forms | Last Will and Testament | Living Will

Wyoming will forms are documents that assist a person in preparation for end of life situations. The documents address different aspects of this type of preparation. For example a “living will,” provides the ability to set fourth their final wishes pertaining to the medical treatment they wish to receive while they are no longer able to communicate for themselves. The person (Principal) may also appoint a health care agent, who would be responsible for working with the physicians to be certain that all of the written wishes of the Principal are honored properly.

While the living will addresses medical wishes, the “last will and testament” will assist the person (Testator) in making final arrangements for their possessions (estate). In this case this document would allow a Testator to appoint a representative (executor) to ensure that the wishes of the distribution of their estate, to their beneficiaries, are properly divided once the testator is deceased. These documents may be revoked at any time the person feels necessary.
